1. A customer is eligible for a refund if they send a refund email to info@rupeekmoney.com within 48 hours of paying the application fees. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method that the customer used to pay the application fees. The refund can be received within 7-8 working days in accordance with the rules and regulations of the bank.
2. If the customer is unable to communicate in English, Hindi, or Gujarati with the company, they can apply for a refund within 48 hours of paying the application fees.
3. There are certain locations where we do not provide our services. If the customer pays the application fees from those locations, they can apply for a refund within 48 hours after paying the application fees.
